Community Groups

Life doesn’t always run smoothly, and everyone deserves a place where they feel genuinely secure, heard, and understood. Our Safe Spaces initiative provides a compassionate, non-judgmental environment for adults who need a break from the pressures of everyday life. Operating with an open door policy, you are welcome just as you are, whenever you need us. Beyond a warm environment, we provide dedicated one toone support and advocacy services to help you find your voice, navigate complex systems, and access the right resources. Whether you need practical guidance, a listening ear, or a quiet sanctuary to sit in comfort alongside people who understand, you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.

Our Adult Wellbeing groups in Byker and Walker are all about connection, comfort, and community. We know that life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and finding a supportive space to unwind makes all the difference. Meeting regularly in a relaxed, friendly environment, these groups offer a chance to take a breath, meet new people, and focus on your personal well-being. Whether you want to enjoy a warm cuppa and a chat, get creative with arts and crafts, or learn new ways to manage daily stress, you’ll find a welcoming community ready to greet you with open arms.
